Complete packing line

The SP2T molasses flowpack line is the SASIB complete line dedicated to high speed production (120 fpm); the standard line composition features the SP2T, and the SCA Cartoner (up to 300ppm).
The whole line grants the maximum flexibility in terms of size change, which includes a wide range of different blanks and packet forms, and a quick realization down to one hour.

The versatility of the machines goes together with a high precision system of molasses portions weight control, and a positive blank pick-up and opening to ensure consistent and better quality of the final pack of the SCA.

Finally, SASIB can also offer a stand-up-pouch forming machine and a stamp applicator to complete the product offering.

Testing solution

The SPS-Shisha is a sophisticated smoking machine specifically designed for the smoking of Shisha tobacco. The SPS-Shisha offers the user the ability to program a puffing routine for setting up delivery from various Shisha tobaccos when combined with the optional Shisha pipe.

The User can select puff volume, duration, interval and number of puffs taken allowing capture on a filter pad, through an electro-static trap or impinger for off-line chemical analysis. The output from the Shisha pipe can be passed either through a Cambridge filter holder fitted with a filter pad, electrostatic trap, or through a separate impinger group. The results are then stored in a database for later evaluation or printing.
